Role Overview
The Global Talent Acquisition Partner (EMEA) will operate as a full-lifecycle recruiter and trusted hiring partner for the EMEA region. This role owns end-to-end recruiting delivery across a portfolio of technical, corporate, and leadership roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and regional leadership to support business growth.
This is a high-autonomy role for an experienced recruiter who is comfortable running their own desk, managing multiple concurrent searches, and operating in a fast-paced, often ambiguous and globally distributed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Lifecycle Recruiting (EMEA Ownership)

Own end-to-end recruiting delivery for assigned EMEA requisitions, from intake through offer acceptance

Manage a diverse portfolio of roles across technical, engineering, operations, corporate, and leadership functions

Where possible, drive proactive sourcing strategies across EMEA markets

Manage interview processes, feedback loops, and candidate communications to curate a high-quality experience for all participants in the hiring process

Lead offer processes in partnership with HR and Hiring Managers, including compensation discussions and close
Hiring Manager Partnership

Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, setting expectations on timelines, talent availability, and market dynamics

Lead structured intake meetings to clarify role requirements, success profiles, and interview plans

Provide ongoing updates on pipeline health, risks, and recommendations to move searches forward efficiently
EMEA Market Expertise

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of EMEA labor markets, notice periods, compensation norms, and hiring practices

Advise on country-specific hiring considerations in partnership with HR and legal teams

Support hiring in both established and emerging EMEA markets as the business expands
Process, Data & Systems

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring compliance and data integrity

Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction
Collaboration & Global Alignment

Partner closely with global TA peers, HR Partners and other XFN teams where necessary

Contribute to global recruiting initiatives, playbooks, and process improvements

Support employer branding and referral efforts within the EMEA region
Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with direct ownership of requisitions in EMEA

Proven ability to independently manage multiple concurrent searches across different job families

Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders

Familiarity with EMEA hiring practices, notice periods, and regional market nuances

Experience with Greenhouse preferred, but not required

Comfort working remotely, collaborating across time zones and occasional travel within EMEA

Experience recruiting in technical, infrastructure, engineering, or corporate environments preferred
