Key Responsibilities

ERP Ownership & Optimization
-
Serve as business owner for the global ERP environment (NetSuite or similar), overseeing configuration, enhancements, and integrations aligned to accounting and reporting needs.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline core finance processes: general ledger, fixed assets, intercompany, billing, and revenue recognition.

Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and IT to ensure the ERP supports evolving statutory, management, and consolidation requirements.

EPM & Consolidation Systems

Design and manage enterprise performance management (EPM) tools to enable budgeting, forecasting, and multi-entity consolidation.

Oversee the development of automated reporting, dashboarding, and close-cycle acceleration initiatives.

Support the integration of EPM modules with ERP and data warehouse environments for unified financial data models.

Procurement & P2P Enablement

Lead deployment or enhancement of a Coupa-like procurement and expense platform.

Integrate procurement, payables, and contract management processes with the ERP for full P2P visibility.

Partner with finance operations to enforce compliance, approval workflows, and spend analytics.

System Integration & Architecture

Architect and manage integrations across ERP, EPM, HRIS, banking, CRM, and other enterprise systems.

Collaborate with IT architecture teams to ensure data governance, master data management, and reporting consistency.

Oversee system security, user roles, and SOX compliance controls.

Finance Transformation & Leadership
-
Partner with finance leadership to define the digital roadmap for the global finance function.

Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on automation, standardization, and scalability.

Manage relationships with external implementation partners and software vendors.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (MBA or CPA/CMA preferred).

10+ years of progressive finance systems experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity.

Demonstrated expertise in NetSuite or equivalent ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle Cloud, Workday Financials, Microsoft Dynamics).

Experience implementing or managing EPM/consolidation tools such as NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, Workiva, OneStream, or Oracle EPM.

Strong familiarity with procurement automation platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, or Ivalua.

Proven success leading multi-system integrations across ERP, EPM, and data-reporting ecosystems.

Deep understanding of accounting, FP&A, and finance operations processes.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to partner across technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Attributes
