About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to help us grow and scale our brand and retailer relationships, with an emphasis on the Men’s vertical. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of maintaining strong industry connections, experience providing actionable feedback on partnership strategy, coupled with a deep understanding of technology and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute Partnership Strategy:

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners, specifically men’s brands, to expand and diversify the platform's offerings.

  • Reach out, present and sell Daydream into marketing teams at brands and retailers

Strengthen Industry Relationships:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

  • Work closely with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of merchant services into the platform.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments to drive the successful implementation of merchant initiatives.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize data and analytics to assess the performance of merchant partnerships and make informed decisions to optimize and enhance relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital and/or traditional Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong network of existing relationships within the e-commerce and retail sectors.

  • Ability to negotiate and close deals.

  • Technically proficient with a solid understanding of e-commerce technologies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
