Concentrate AI is hiring a Reddit Community Manager to help us build our presence in the AI and developer community.

We’re looking for someone who understands Reddit deeply and knows how to engage in a way that feels natural, credible, and useful.

The job is hands-on: posting, commenting, finding the right communities, testing what resonates, joining relevant conversations, and surfacing product feedback and user insight back to the team.

You should be the kind of person who already spends a lot of time on Reddit, understands how different communities work, and knows the difference between contributing and promoting.

What you’ll do

• Find relevant subreddits and conversations in AI, LLMs, APIs, and developer tools
• Test different angles, formats, and topics to see what gets traction
• Engage thoughtfully with technical audiences
• Surface product feedback, objections, and user insight back to the team
• Help us build credibility and awareness with developers and AI builders

You might be a fit if you

• have prior startup experience
