Role Description

Own our presence on X and Reddit. Your mission is to establish and grow our accounts, drive engagement in the developer and AI community, and convert followers into users through organic content and strategy. You'll build this from scratch and have real ownership over what we post, how we show up, and how we grow.

You will report to the Head of GTM (founding team member).

Who You Are

• Chronically online with a native feel for X and Reddit culture
• Sharp, adaptable writer who can be technical one moment and funny the next
• Deep into AI, LLMs, and developer tools
• Strong writer (able to write with or without the use of AI)
• Self-starter
• MUST have prior early-stage startup experience or be entrepreneurial
• Bonus: you've grown your own account or community

Who You Are NOT

• Someone who has only worked at an agency or marketing firm
• Someone who has never worked at a startup

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Develop and execute a content and engagement strategy for X and Reddit
• Post daily: threads, replies, memes, technical breakdowns, community discussions
• Actively engage with our audience, relevant communities, and conversations in real time
• Track follower growth, engagement, and sign-up conversion; iterate based on what's working
• Feed community insights back to the product and engineering teams
