About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of Strategic Partnerships to help Casa define and build the ecosystem that underpins modern homeownership.
This is not a traditional BD role. The home is a fragmented, slow-moving, and highly offline space – and no one has ever stitched together the systems, platforms, and partners required to make homeownership feel effortless. You’ll be the one who figures out how it all fits together.
You’ll identify and structure the relationships that unlock new capabilities for our members, then work across product and operations to bring those partnerships to life. Beyond one-off deals, you’ll architect the strategy that ties them into a coherent platform – laying the foundation for a category-defining company.
What You’ll Do
Design Casa’s partnership ecosystem. Map the landscape, identify high-leverage opportunities, and determine how they come together to strengthen the overall product.
Source and negotiate strategic partnerships. From technology platforms to key service providers to category leaders, you’ll initiate conversations, build trust, and close deals that deepen member value.
Build from zero, not from a playbook. This space has entrenched incumbents and no established standards. You’ll create frameworks where none exist, and chart a path through a fragmented market.
Work cross-functionally to launch integrations. Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to turn partnerships into seamless, scalable member experiences.
Develop a repeatable model. Build the processes, tools, and metrics that allow Casa to evaluate, execute, and measure partnerships with clarity and speed.
Represent Casa externally. Be the face of our ecosystem strategy with executives at technology companies, service networks, and retailers.
About You
Strategic by nature, scrappy by instinct. You’re equally comfortable whiteboarding a long-term ecosystem strategy and sending cold outbound to get a deal off the ground.
Experienced in BD, partnerships, or platform development. Ideally 7–10+ years in a high-growth consumer or marketplace environment.
Comfortable with ambiguity. You thrive in spaces with no obvious answers, no existing standards, and no precedent to rely on.
Product-minded systems thinker. You see how disparate partners, integrations, and incentives can fit into a cohesive whole to create differentiated user experiences.
Exceptional communicator. You build trust, articulate value clearly, and navigate complex negotiations with ease.
Owner mentality. You take initiative, use judgment, and operate with long-term alignment.
Mission-driven. You care deeply about creating an experience for homeowners that hasn’t existed before.
