Job Description
As the Vice President of Global Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy and brand as directed by CMO.
You will play a pivotal role in managing the marketing market leads in maintaining brand positioning and best in class execution across our global markets while consistently monitoring effectiveness of tactics based on key marketing benchmarks. You will ensure we are focused on our strategic brand big bets and driving consistent ROI across all of our marketing investments.
Reporting directly to the Global Chief Marketing Officer, you will be a critical member of the Executive Leadership Team and work hand in hand with CMO to continuously drive marketing strategy as the brand continues to scale. You will be responsible for on-time and on-budget execution and measurement of integrated marketing initiatives of the CELSIUS brand and portfolio of products.
This is a critical, high-visibility role tasked with leading direct, cross-functional departments within the organization to execute our strategic plans to deliver superior marketing execution, brand development, and achieve the company goals.

- To Note: Base salary range posted 180,000 - 200,000) is in Euro*
- Facilitate the execution of the annual budget through cross functional leadership
- Facilitates the regular measurement of brand and marketing activities
- Communicate effective marketing plans and execute cohesively with the commercial team and distributor to drive efficient and effective integrated global marketing plans
- Coordinate the development of the annual marketing budget in partnership with marketing leads in each market
- Partner with cross-functional teams to establish and continually evaluate reporting protocols, team communications on consumer insights, analytics, and contribute to monthly and annual reporting and delivery cycles for the marketing department
- Ensure on time processing and approval marketing investments from responsible teams
- Lead team in execution of best-in-in class integrated marketing plans informed by insights & backed by data
- Lead the team in driving five pillar marketing across our identified key markets with constant optimization based on tracked effectiveness benchmarks. Continuously drive best in class execution through key learnings and optimizations.
- Lead the agency review process where necessary including scorecard and effectiveness process
- Own marketing project schedules and execution from inception to completion, including: resource planning & management, assembling and leading project teams, time & budget management, issues & risk management, monitoring progress, reporting & documentation, coordinating between brand, agencies, and internal partners across all marketing and sales channels, media and customer communication channels in-store and partnerships, shows and events
- Utilize best practices in project management, marketing team planning, reporting operations,
- budgets, and contracts
- Drive continuous improvement and seek ways to do things better, faster, and more efficiently
- Partner with brand & consumer activation teams to align marketing priorities to business goals and go-to-market strategy and supports the annual planning, creative and media planning process
- Use market level data to drive scale and optimization of marketing activities to maintain and further develop our focus markets, customer behaviors, market segments, and competitive landscapes
- Proven leadership experience in marketing operations with a global focus.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
- Expertise in project management, budgeting, and process optimization.
- Data-driven approach to marketing strategy and execution.
