Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions on the Tableau Cloud instance. This role will be focused on finance and accounting projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, effective communicator, and has expertise in Tableau and SQL.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards for various business units.
• Primarily support reporting needs for finance and accounting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide report demonstrations upon completion.
• Apply business intelligence design best practices, including the effective use of filters, dashboard actions, and visualization types.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to form robust reporting data models.
  
  

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Tableau and T-SQL development experience.
• Hands-on experience creating dashboards, reports, and automations.
• Strong knowledge of business intelligence design principles.
• Experience writing advanced SQL queries.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Portfolio of Tableau work (e.g., Tableau Public, PDFs, or images).
• Tableau Design Certifications.
• Experience with Tableau Rest API or Python scripting.
• Business analysis experience, including diagnosing and resolving data issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
