Job Description

Seeking an experienced Lead UI Designer with 5+ years of experience to deliver exceptional quality UI designs that empower engineering & product teams.

• To Note: This project is approved for 4-months, but intended to extend longer-term based on project demands from client*
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Create fully functional prototypes for complex modules within platform, focusing on delivering high-quality UI/UX for data-heavy workflows.
• Design data-intensive modules, which typically take 1-2 weeks to complete and will be broken into daily or two-day sprints for easier management and faster feedback.
• Operates primarily through the TurboStream, Turbo Labs’ proprietary Kanban-like system. All tasks, updates, and feedback will be managed asynchronously, allowing you to focus on output rather than meetings.
• Work autonomously on well-defined problems, turning wireframes, requirements, and sketches into beautifully crafted UI designs that solve real-world challenges.
• Collaborate closely with Turbo Labs’ founder to deliver on roadmap, while also contributing to internal design growth or process improvements as needed.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer, with a proven track record of solving complex design problems independently.
• Experience working with design systems and implementing them to power consistent, scalable UI/UX across large applications.
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and service blueprinting.
• A strong focus on delivering intuitive, data-driven interfaces for enterprise SaaS or similarly complex platforms.
