Job Description

Etsy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager. As a Project Manager within our Operations Team, you will play a key role in coordinating the activities and timelines of small to medium-scale campaigns and channel support projects. You will manage the execution of specific project components, ensuring they align with overall project goals and are completed on time and within budget. Your role will involve monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and addressing day-to-day project challenges. Effective communication with stakeholders and setting clear expectations will be crucial to your success.

About The Position

The Project Manager will be responsible for driving the successful execution of medium-scale projects across a variety of marketing channels, including (but not limited to) communication initiatives, community engagement events, and the creative development and execution of email campaigns. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to strategic goals while honing project management skills within a supportive and collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Project Planning & Execution:
• • Coordinate project activities and timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Manage the execution of specific project components, aligning with the overall project plan.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and address them promptly.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates, set expectations, and resolve day-to-day project issues.
  • Assist in facilitating meetings and presentations to ensure clear communication of project goals and progress.
• Operational Support:
• • Contribute to process improvements related to your workstream, helping to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

More About You

• You have 4+ years of experience in Marketing and Creative Operations, Project Management, or Production.
• You have strong organizational and time management skills.
• You are adept at coordinating multiple tasks and ensuring project components are delivered on time.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills and can address day-to-day project issues efficiently.
• You possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
