Required Qualifications

• A design degree with 3-5 years of professional experience within a corporate environment.
• Experience in creating wireframes, concepts, designs, and development specifications for platforms including web sites, mobile apps, emails, registration sites, portals, intranets.
• Working and collaborating with executives and presenting design ideas effectively.
• Experience in working with development teams in translating designs and intended experiences into functional solutions.
• Expert knowledge in UI/UX with a strong understanding of front-end development such as HTML and CSS.
• Deep understanding of current digital trends and best practices with a focus on usability and customer journey.
• Expert knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proofreading and reviewing work for accuracy and consistency.

Job Overview

Brookfield is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and passionate Digital Designer to join us for project based work. Under the direction of the Creative Director, this candidate will implement digital experiences and sites. They will work on materials ranging from marketing and integrated materials, in-person experiences, and communications (i.e. dynamic landing pages, interactive infographics, event registration sites, intranet rebuild, etc.).

The right person possesses a creative, strategic, and collaborative mindset as they will work hand-in-hand with writers, other designers, and cross-functional team members across Brookfield. This individual must be detail-oriented, communicative, and organized.

Our team strives for high quality output—successful candidates have shown that attention to detail and a strong self-organization practice provide the ability to work on multiple projects at a time, and ensure edits and updates are timely and accurate.
