Job Description

We’re building an AI Development shop and we need an experienced developer to both work on the project and act as a client-facing “concierge” that can help push projects along, help with deployments, debug and improve the AI agents that build the software.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience
• Experience of the frontend and backend (e.g. Full Stack)
• Python and JavaScript expert
• Understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle
• Software architecture experience
• Knowledge and experience with LLMs
• Excellent People Skills
• Excellent English

Location:

• I don't care where you live or work but you have to be able to service clients in EST/PST US. But you're a go-getter who will work whatever hours necessary to make this a success.
  
  

Bonus if you have:

• Consulting experience
• Willing to learn more programming languages
• Previous experience as a Product Owner, or Project Manager
  
  

This is a long-term, full-time role for someone who is especially passionate about this project. You’ll be client facing and will have significant influence over the roadmap and commercialization of the project.

You’ll be a great fit if you’re incredibly driven, work hard, willing to put in long hours and are passionate about helping us bring this first-of-its kind solution to market. People obsessed with counting/billing hours need not apply.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and head architect/developer. You’ll be only the second full time resource to be added to the team so it’s a great opportunity to move quickly, ship amazing products and live on the very cutting edge of AI tech.

Compensation will be a flat monthly retainer with bonuses paid out upon milestone completion + potential ownership package. We’ll design the comp package to meet your needs.
