The Opportunity

Dijitally's Marketing Data Science team is on the lookout for an experienced Business Analyst with a background in Data Science to join our ranks. This role involves close collaboration with our fintech partner's marketing team to enhance customer acquisition, activation, and retention strategies across Australia.

You will tackle a broad spectrum of marketing challenges across all channels and the entire marketing funnel, employing analytical tools and techniques to navigate the opportunities and challenges presented by our fintech partner's leading market position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted data science partner to the Marketing team, understanding and addressing their data and insights needs.
  • Develop robust measurement strategies to understand marketing performance, including designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Utilize knowledge of attribution measurement and Media Mix Modelling to contribute to marketing strategy.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to support informed decision-making.
  • Drive product and process improvements focused on significant business growth.
  • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot issues in data reports, dashboards, and pipelines.

About You

You are someone who shares our commitment to delivering positive outcomes and is passionate about leveraging data to shape the future of fintech. You are analytical, results-driven, and capable of statistical analyses with minimal guidance.

Requirements:

  • A quantitative background in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related disciplines.
  • 4+ years of experience in analytical roles, with expertise in customer profiling, A/B testing, ROI measurement, predictive modelling, and more.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, effective judgment, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
