The Role
The Technical Principal role is an integral part of our business, serving as a senior
member of our business unit leadership team. It involves providing technical and
delivery assurance across multiple projects, building trust with clients, and actively
contributing to prospecting and sales activities.

- Extensive, diversified experience within the commercial industry of building,
- Deep technical expertise in at least one domain (e.g., software development,
infrastructure/reliability/continuous delivery).
- Experience with open source tooling and common languages that run in JVM
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and GCP.
- Has a deep working knowledge of chosen programming languages, and
- A strategic and tactical thinker who can advise clients on problem-solving
Consulting
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical
- Strong situational awareness and emotional intelligence, adapting to different
- The ability to build rapport quickly with technical and non-technical
- A professional, friendly and humble demeanor that fosters client relationships
- A listening-first approach, taking time to consider opinions and options before
- Able to travel frequently throughout North America to meet clients and team
