Graphic designer/visual artist for AIA Design Website

AIA, Asia’s leading life insurer, seeks a talented creative to develop visual assets for the launch of the AIA Design website. The role involves creating cohesive website elements and icons using AIA's brand and digital color palette.

Key Responsibilities

Part 1: Visual assets

• Design visual assets, for usage across the AIA Design website, based on AIAs brief.
• Conceptualize ideas for different types of content and ensure each visual correctly conveys the desired message, idea, concept, discipline, or tool.
• Suggest and create options that answer the brief.
• Create a library of visual messages using a selection of AIA’s digital color palette.
• Test and iterate the designs for clarity and accessibility.
• Create a template for AIAs blog posts in line with the overall visual direction.
  
  

Part 2: Icon Design

• Design six new icons representing AIA Design Principles.
• Ensure icons are easily identifiable, clearly represent their concepts, and align with the creative direction of the website.
  
  

Key Deliverables:

Visual assets and Icons

• Create visual assets to represent 13-15 elements across the AIA website.
• Design and develop a family of 6 icons for AIA Design Principles.
• Create a strategy and template for AIAs blog posts with possible variants.
  
  

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer/artist.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to interpret briefs and create clear visual narratives.
• Experience in building robust brand identities and visual narratives for leading brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in creating visual content to enhance user experience for websites.

• Experience in creating micro-animations for website elements.
• Additional expertise in animation tools and techniques.
