Job Description

Position purpose / Summary:

The Commercial Director leads the Commercial agenda for the APAC region and develops the total portfolio in a profitable and consumer-driven way in cooperation with the CCO of the Company (Chief Commercial Officer, CELH ) and together with the Distribution Partners.

The Commercial director leads the development of category and customer visions for brand Celsius as preferred category partner with the trade. The Commercial director has an active role within Global Leadership Team in the development of Commercial systems and competencies in current and future markets. The Commercial Director has ownership of the overall Commercial function in the market and is the primary owner of the relationship with the Distributor

Key Deliverables / Responsibilities:

  • Delivers on the Commercial Business Plan (Revenue, Gross Profit, EBITDA)
  • Develops, drives and executes a category vision for the chosen categories of the company (including customer plans)
  • Manages the customer and channels plans for the company including annual plans and period plans complete with key targets
  • Manages the market activation plan and on-time of all marketing materials
  • Engages senior stakeholders at the Distributor to drive a value-based agenda for the development of the total business for the company
  • Delivers the Commercial execution for new product and category launches.
  • Actively works to execute the CELH Strategy within the Commercial organization
  • Manages the efficiency of the Distributor relationship and actively develops Commercial competence, ensures seamless cooperation between Commercial and Distributor Functions
  • Works together with CELH management to develop Commercial capability across markets (current and future markets) as an active member of the EMEA LT.
  • Owns the budgeting, monthly Commercial and revenue forecasting and YTG planning
  • Actively works with the Commercial team to manage cross-country customer relationships
  • Must speak Mandarin

  • Distributor performance metrics

Key Competencies required:

  • Must have Non -Alcoholic Beverage experience in China as well as APAC region
