Buyer Account Management Internship - Summer '25

JOB SUMMARY
As a summer Account Management Intern, you will be a part of a small intern cohort, paired with an experienced Account Manager mentor to help develop and execute strategies that drive increased bidding activity from B-Stock’s buyers, maximize prices for B-Stock’s sellers, optimize cycle times, minimize disputes, and upsell sellers on new selling methodologies. During our 10-week program, our interns are meaningful contributors to our live products, leaving the summer having made a tangible impact on their team while gaining technical and professional skills to set them up for future success. You will be working with innovative, intelligent, fun people!
WHAT YOU WILL DO...
- Track and monitor pre- and post-transaction order processing steps to:
- identify areas for process improvement for B-Stock, the buyer and the seller,
- optimize cycle times and minimize manual workflows
- increase information accuracy to reduce disputes
- improve overall buyer & seller experience to increase repeat buying and selling behavior.
- Analyze data to develop strategies and identify areas of opportunity to:
- increase overall bidding activity
- increase the # of bids and bidders per listing
- maximize recovery for sellers
- improve and understand the equilibrium between supply and demand in the network.
- Build Buyer ICP and Seller value proposition for different methods of selling and upsell sellers.
- Prioritize and deliver timely, high-quality work independently.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR...
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a relatable field
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain strong attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically
- Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and time management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and an ability to influence internal and external partners
- Strong desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to summarize, communicate, and educate with data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience cold calling or selling products and services
- Excel and SFDC experience are a plus.
