About this role:

Avidbots is looking to further grow our Enterprise customer base by expanding our strategic team of Account Executives focused on our largest Enterprise prospects. This role will take the lead in developing and nurturing relationships with Strategic customers in the retail space, leveraging existing connections and forging new ones. The ideal candidate will work alongside a team of Strategic Account Executives to manage the full lifecycle of our Enterprise sales, ensuring the successful adoption and integration of our autonomous cleaning solutions in large-scale environments. The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth, particularly within the retail automation sector and large Enterprise accounts.


Location and Working Arrangement: This role is based remotely with travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex sales cycles and contract negotiations with decision-makers and vital C-level executives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process of Avidbots, coordinating internal resources such as Customer Success, Technical Services, Service, and Finance.
  • Perform discovery calls, demonstrations, and customer meetings, as well as prepare customer-specific product presentations and workshops.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to achieve cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Use Salesforce and other sales tools to meticulously track engagement with prospective customers.
  • Ensure personal target compliance, reliable revenue forecasting, and ownership of sales pipeline as communicated through CRM.
  • Accurately forecast to ensure the capability of meeting manufacturing demands for large customer deals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience working with Enterprise Sales in core verticals.
  • Proven ability to sell a complex software/hardware solution.
  • Extensive experience with sales cycles and independent management of key accounts.
  • Experience with retail automation and selling to large enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel up to 50%.
  • Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include criminal/civil background checks.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in the robotics or automation industry.
  • Existing relationships within the retail, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics sectors.
