We are looking for a Customer Success & Customer Journey Lead to ensure our customers successfully adopt, scale, and realize long-term value from our AI solutions. You will work closely with customers across onboarding, rollout, and ongoing usage — acting as the bridge between customers/users, product, and commercial teams.
Your Role
As Customer Success & Customer Journey Lead, you will own the end-to-end customer journey of AlpineAI’s AI solutions — from first implementation to continuous optimization, renewal, and expansion. You will ensure fast and measurable value realization by embedding AI assistants & agents and use cases into customer workflows, enabling users through structured training, and creating scalable playbooks across markets.
This role sits at the intersection of AI technology, customer enablement, product improvement, and commercial scaling and offers high ownership in a fast-growing startup environment, with a clear focus on Health and Public customer segments.
Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Implementation
- Own end-to-end rollout of AlpineAI solutions (e.g., SwissGPT, Swiss HealthAssist) for new and existing customers.
- Drive implementation and integration of AI assistants & agents and use cases into operational and administrative workflows.
- Ensure successful go-lives, measurable time-to-value, and clear adoption milestones.
Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver interactive trainings for end users, administrators, and key stakeholders.
- Establish best practices for safe, efficient, and productive use of generative AI in system-critical environments.
- Build scalable onboarding, enablement, and success materials in collaboration with internal teams.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build trusted, long-term customer relationships as primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
- Proactively manage customer adoption, scaling, and optimization phases to maximize product usage and outcomes.
- Own success metrics including activation, adoption, CSAT/NPS, retention, and expansion.
Feedback & Product Collaboration
- Collect structured feedback before, during, and after implementations (users, admins, leadership).
- Translate field insights into actionable input for product and engineering teams, including roadmap and prioritization.
- Convert learnings into scalable success playbooks and customer journey improvements across markets.
Customer Events & Commercial Support
- Plan and run customer events, workshops, and community sessions to accelerate adoption and advocacy.
- Support customer-specific proposals, renewals, and expansions in collaboration with sales and leadership.
- Contribute to product positioning and pricing priorities based on real-world customer insights.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Strong experience in Customer Success, Customer Enablement, Implementation, or Project Management in a tech/AI environment.
- High confidence working with AI products and digital tools; generative AI and prompt engineering knowledge is a must.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously and drive structured execution.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills across user levels (end user to leadership).

- Customer-first attitude with strong ownership and accountability for outcomes.
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving startup environments.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build scalable structures (journeys, playbooks, templates).
- Willingness to support customers when it matters most (rollouts, go-lives, escalations).
Languages
- Fluent in Swiss German, German, and English (spoken and written); French is a strong plus.
