Job Description
This is an onsite role based at our beautiful West Hollywood office.
Care Guide Responsibilities
Greeting and checking patients in and out of their appointments, while providing excellent customer service
Checking patient insurance
Answering patient phone calls, emails, and messages
Handling requests from outside facilities (insurance companies, labs, etc)
General office management & supply ordering
Assisting the team in overall company operations
Schedule
Part time, with the ability to move to full time as company needs increase
Weekday & weekend availability needed
What are we looking for?
At least 1 year hospitality or relevant customer service experience
Strong organizational and operational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Passionate about providing an excellent patient experience during every interaction
Commitment to collaborating with and elevating your team
