As part of our customer lifecycle journey customers will require changes, upgrades & add ons to their products & services, the Order Fulfilment Managers role is facilitate & deliver these requests within agreed time frame, while providing first in class service to our AccessPay customers.

Your key responsibilities would include:
- Facilitate and Deliver all MAC (moves, add & changes)
- Take ownership of assigned orders and complete to highest standard using inline with the customer requirements
- Process customer orders within the agreed Service Level Agreements
- Act as the single-point-of-contact, providing clear and continual communication to all stakeholders
- Working with our Customer Operations team to build relationships with our customers; identifying opportunities to improve their engagement and our processes
- Create & improve processes and order documentation used by Order Fulfilment Team
- Provide technical support to customers throughout order journey while
Skills, knowledge & Expertise
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and logical problem-solving approach
- Previous experience in a delivery or fulfilment role or would be advantageous.
- Experience with the following platforms: Zendesk, Salesforce & Jira
